Nestled in the heart of Strasbourg, Houblune was born from a deep love for Alsace's lush countryside and its untamed flavors. Our founders, inspired by ancient brewing rituals and the whisper of mountain winds, set out to revive traditional Alsatian techniques while daring to experiment with rare botanicals.
